ILLY Systems are delighted to announce their new partnership with North Somerset Council, which will see the implementation of LINKS CarePath across many of the local drug and alcohol treatment services. It will include young peoples and adult treatment services delivered in both community and residential settings. Using a single case-management system (LINKS CarePath) across all these services will benefit the agencies providing these services and those involved in the commissioning of them by offering a more effective case management process across much of the local treatment system.
The council recently commissioned an integrated adult drug and alcohol community treatment service, which was awarded to Addaction. The new integrated service will start at the same time as LINKS CarePath goes live, providing a more streamlined, effective programme of substance misuse treatment in North Somerset and improving on the already successful outcomes.
“What impressed me most about LINKS CarePath was the intuitive design of the system; the simplicity with which data can be captured means the system is usable for those with all levels of IT skill. The interactive dashboard will allow system users to prioritise their caseload and from a commissioning perspective we hope that the client outcomes can be effectively managed.” Ted Sherman, Community Safety and Drug Action Team, North Somerset Council
LINKS CarePath will go LIVE by April 1st 2015, which will mark the beginning of a close working relationship between ILLY Systems and North Somerset Council.
