CarePath is ILLY Systems’ specialist substance misuse case management and NDTMS reporting platform for drug and alcohol treatment and recovery services. It supports adult services, young people’s services and secure settings.
Our purpose is to help prescribers, key workers, data analysts and commissioners work together to support recovery. CarePath brings together information about care, activity and outcomes, helping teams coordinate support and understand progress, with access appropriate to each person’s role.
CarePath supports the National Drug Treatment Monitoring System (NDTMS) datasets across adult, young people’s and secure settings, helping services meet their recording and reporting requirements.
Developed alongside practitioners and our National User Group, CarePath grows through shared experience. We listen to the people delivering services, share best practice and turn their feedback into practical improvements.
Behind the platform is a team committed to helping you use it well – from implementation and training to ongoing support. We work closely with services so they can focus on helping people recover and break the cycle of dependence and harm.
