ILLY Systems are delighted to present our ongoing work with our long-term partners Cranstoun, and the implementation of the LINKS CarePath system across Integrating Recovery in Services (IRiS) Sandwell. ILLY and Cranstoun have been working together since 2010.
IRiS Sandwell is a fully-integrated adult drug and alcohol community based service, delivered in partnership by Cranstoun and Inclusion from 1st February 2014 last year. The dedicated teams offer a range of services to approximately a thousand vulnerable individuals and families affected my substance misuse in the Metropolitan Borough of Sandwell. This includes specialist prescribing, harm reduction advice and drug and alcohol detoxification.
The following video features Arron Owen, the Sandwell Borough Manager; Julia Marko, Data Lead at IRiS Sandwell; and Luke Edhouse, Quality, Performance and Results Officer at Cranstoun (who oversees all of Cranstoun’s data management) discussing their joined-up vision and overall goals for the service. In particular, the video highlights the importance of engaging with multiple agencies and third party companies – including housing and employment services – to fully support a recovery focused treatment model for their substance misuse clients.
IRiS Sandwell chose ILLY’s LINKS CarePath system to support the service’s case management and reporting requirements because of the comprehensive integrated functionality, as well as the full project management and aftercare service. ILLY are delighted with the support that we received from both Cranstoun and IRiS Sandwell.
