Experienced Teams
We’ve implemented systems to services, Local Authorities and NHS Trusts of all shapes and sizes. Through experience, we’ve learnt that there is no one size fits all solution. This means that the implementation process is more than simply configuring the hardware and installing the system.
We have dedicated teams for each stage of the process, and each team has a vastly experienced team leader. On top of this, we ensure that a project board is in place to ensure that the system delivers against business objectives as well as going live as scheduled and on budget.
Collaborative working
Our implementation teams are fully committed to each project they work on. To really understand the services they work with, the team will carry out thorough workshops and site visits with Service Managers and Key Workers. This allows us to deliver a system that truly meets the needs of the end user.
The team also hold strong relationships with local governing bodies. By working closely with these thought leaders we’re able to keep track of best practice procedures and necessary compliance. This in turn means that our clients are kept informed of system updates, long before they need to go live.
Do it once and do it right
We make no bones about the fact that our implementation process is thorough. We have procedures each step of the way to ensure that once the system is live, clients will not encounter problems that will disrupt their regular service delivery. We suggest that clients plan for a 4-6 week implementation process that will cover our analysis workshops, system and hardware configuration, and full training.
Once the system has gone live we provide annual updates, for which full training is given. Clients are able to make bespoke requests through our dedicated Account Management team. But above all, we place the most emphasis on the core system and the initial implementation.
