ILLY are excited to announce our expanding partnership with Lifeline, and will be implementing LINKS CarePath, our case management and reporting solution, to support the delivery of substance misuse services in three prisons within Suffolk (HMP Hollesley, Warren Hill and Highpoint).

Lifeline engage with over 700 clients across the three adult male prisons and offer a wide range of creative structured and non-structured treatment services, for instance Mindfulness, designed to achieve a meaningful individual recovery experience. Currently the Suffolk prison services use DET to record NDTMS data and various excel spreadsheets to collect data for their unstructured clients. With the implementation of LINKS CarePath, the prison services will be compliant with the latest NDTMS Prison dataset and will allow for services to gain real visibility of their clients and effectively manage operational risk. It will also enable the services to standardise their case management and reporting beyond the prison gate to ensure continuity of care. Taking our partnership approach, we’ll be working closely with Lifeline every step of the way to ensure that the LINKS CarePath solution is successfully delivered by October 2016. |
