ILLY Systems are delighted to announce the 12th National User Group, to be held on the 2nd November in London. As usual, the day will be devoted to examining the challenges facing workers within the substance misuse field and discussing ways to help improve outcomes for both services and service users.
We will focus on how we can develop the tools and technology needed to deliver better solutions, sharing our planned developments for next year and working with you through a series of consultative workshops to help shape our ideas before we put them into practice. There will also be a chance to discuss and share best practice with your peers in the Drug and Alcohol treatment sector.

Getting to the User Group
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel London – Islington (same location as last year)
- The closest underground station is Angel which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel.
- London King’s cross station is about a 20 minute walk, but with plenty of buses going towards Angel.
