We would like to thank everyone who attended the 13th ILLY National User Group meeting in London.
The meeting provided us with an excellent opportunity to meet with fellow professionals, including Service managers, Keyworkers, Administrators, Data Analysts and Commissioners who work within the substance misuse sector across NHS, Community, Prison settings.
We received some really valuable and constructive feedback on the day which will guide us as we continue to make a real difference to the services we work with.
The theme of this year’s event was: “Delivering Personalised Treatment” – our aim is to ensure that the processes and tools we develop are designed with the individual at its heart.
