ILLY Systems Team of the Year Award 2021
At ILLY we have been trying to make a real difference within our communities for many years. It’s not just doing what we do well – developing technology that works – but also working in partnership with Keyworkers, Service Managers, Commissioners and Government Regulators across all areas including NHS Trusts, Treatment, Recovery, Residential settings and Prisons.
As dedicated professionals who care about the wellbeing of our communities, we wanted to recognise the hard work and effort the teams put in to help support vulnerable people. It’s for this reason we have been successfully running the ILLY Team of the Year award for the past 5 years.
We are delighted to announce this year’s Gold and Silver Award winners – of course, in our eyes, all of the services across the ILLY community are winners and we are very proud of all the hard work and effort they have provided over the last 12 months.
GOLD Winner: Catch-22 Hampshire 24/7 Service |
Catch-22 is a social business that has been working and innovating within our communities for over 200 years. Through its partnership working with commissioners, local authorities and treatment providers, Catch-22 has been on a mission to build and increase the resilience and aspiration of Adults, Young People and Families. It is this shared goal that we have seen being implemented within the Catch-22 Hampshire 24/7 service, and we are pleased to award Julie Poling and the team the ILLY Team of the Year Award 2021. Silver Winner: Framework Housing Association – The Health ShopFramework Housing Association (FHA) is a Nottinghamshire-based charity focused on empowering and supporting people to live more independently. These are people within our community who may be at risk of homelessness, exposed to harm caused by substance misuse, struggling with mental health issues or have complex problems that have affected their ability to cope on their own. We were delighted to offer Hazel and the team at FHA an ILLY Team of the Year Silver award for the outstanding work that they have been doing.

One of the notable achievements we acknowledged in their submission was how the team worked together to help reduce the harm caused by Hep C infection, and their drive towards micro-elimination within their area. This was through changing working practices and improved engagement of clients at a time when COVID-19 rates were at their highest. The team offered flexible service times and even commissioned a mobile Health Bus that serves hard-to-reach communities. We congratulate the FHA team and hope they continue to deliver their much needed and vital services. |
Silver Winner: Inclusion: NHS Addictions Provider Alliance – DorsetInclusion is a national provider with a goal of inspiring individuals to change their lives and enable them to improve both their physical and mental wellbeing. |

They work with communities and families to help combat mental health, crime, addiction or need treatment for sexual health, with the aim of providing comprehensive and inclusive support at all times.
We were delighted to offer Robert and the NHS Addiction Provider’s Alliance the ILLY Team of the Year Silver Award for the brilliant work they have done.
Across their Dorset area, there is a high prevalence of clients who would not engage or were just hard to reach, especially those at risk of Hep C.
As part of Inclusion’s brilliant track record of helping eliminate the risk of Hep C, the Alliance worked collaboratively to reach out and support the clients.
Often, it’s what clients say that matters, and here is a quote:
“We would thoroughly recommend this service and hope that it continues as it is invaluable for people such as ourselves who find it hard to attend hospital, or for people who drop through the cracks in society and find it difficult to utilise healthcare for themselves. I would like to thank everyone involved”
We congratulate the Inclusion Team in achieving their brilliant results which could only have been accomplished through close teamwork and clear communication.
