We are delighted to have held our 18th National User Group! It was a brilliant day which brought members of our passionate community together to exchange insights and share feedback. We were delighted to see so many people there – some familiar faces, as well as some new ones too! This year’s National User Group – “Digital Solutions for Healthier Communities” – was held on 21 Nov 2022. The event featured presentations from the ILLY Teams who provided a review of the year, as well as what’s in store in 2025. Some of the highlights included:
- Welcoming new members to the ILLY Community
- A summary of the Focus Groups that were delivered
- Showcasing the difference our services have made through looking at the volumes of data captured
- Updates from our Development, Support, Infrastructure and Delivery teams
- Planning for 2025
