ILLY are delighted to announce Solihull’s Families First team has chosen LINKS Families to support their work around the Troubled Families agenda.
With 355 families to engage, the Solihull Families First approach is an outcomes focused initiative that further embeds collaborative working across the borough to make a difference to the most complex families.
As Melaine Lockey, Solihull’s Troubled Families co-ordinator, summarised: ‘We are engaging our partner agencies to enable a whole family approach. Key within this will be the process and tools that we will use and our joint collaboration with ILLY Systems will offer the experience, functionality and opportunity to innovate our aspiration’.
As part of the partnership approach being taken the Families First team and ILLY will continue to closely work together to configure the system to reflect local requirements and ensure it reflects the users needs.
