Inclusion Recovery Hampshire: A Case Study

ILLY Systems are proud to present a case study of Inclusion Recovery Hampshire. ILLY and Inclusion have been working in partnership since 2015, delivering creative and reliable solutions within Inclusion’s substance misuse services.

Inclusion have been creating positive change within their service users for the past 14 years, providing innovative person-centred recovery services to secure success. With over 20 services throughout England seeing over 8000 people per month, Inclusion benefits greatly from being part of the Specialist Services Division of South Staffordshire & Shropshire NHS Foundation Trust.

Inclusion’s contract in Hampshire went live in July 2015, which will extend up to a maximum of a further four years. Hampshire is the third largest county in England, covering over 1,400 sq miles. In order to reach such a large service user base Inclusion currently operates 8 service hubs, with plans to upgrade the Gosport satellite service to form the 9th hub later this year.
