ILLY Systems are delighted to announce the implementation of the LINKS CarePath comprehensive case management and reporting system across a number of Phoenix Futures™ services in England and Scotland. Phoenix Futures is a national charity providing drug and alcohol treatment to people most at need of help. Phoenix is dedicated to helping individuals, families and communities recover from drug and alcohol problems, and helps improve the lives of over 20,000 clients annually.
Phoenix Futures offer community engagement projects, residential rehabilitation, harm reduction, supported resettlement, day programmes and prison services. LINKS CarePath is able to bring together these varying treatment services within a single case management and reporting system, helping Phoenix Futures to improve their service outputs further and maintain an exceptional level of client care.
ILLY has completed Phase One which is the implementation of the CarePath system across the Trafford and Barnsley treatment services. Close working between representatives from ILLY and Phoenix Futures, as well as regional NDTMS leads in the implementation team, contributed considerably to the success of the project, as Phoenix Futures™ specific client care requirements were effectively conveyed during workshops and at each stage of the project lifecycle.
