northampton Northamptonshire is a large county council with a geographically diverse population of over 570,000 (aged 16+). The council has a significant challenge in helping over 2000 active clients recover from substance misuse. With ever reducing budgets and increased complexity of their clients, Northamptonshire want to develop and design an integrated recovery system that is both cost effective and efficient.

Northamptonshire are on course to deliver long term benefits within the community in a way that has not been possible before.
