We want to take this opportunity to welcome our new partners Sorted, who we will be working with in Northumberland to deliver LINKS CarePath!
Local and national data show that there are around 255* Problematic Drugs Users in the age range 15-24, 133* of those were looked after children. The majority of people in treatment have been referred through the Youth Offending Service.
Sorted is the only young people’s substance misuse service and it operates throughout the whole of Northumberland. The service provides information, advice, treatment and care to young people who are under the age of 18 and have substance misuse problems, Therefore, Sorted’s role in the area is indispensable and we are very glad to be helping them make a difference in the sector!
