We’re delighted to be supporting Turning Point after they were commissioned to provide the new adult integrated substance misuse service across Medway in Kent. Medway has a population of 264900 and over 600 adults are currently in treatment in the area.
On July 1st the newly-commissioned Turning Point service was launched, replacing a number of existing providers with a single, integrated treatment system; the intention is to provide a more consistent approach to treatment in the area and improve ease of access to relevant services for clients.
In the run up to the launch of the service the ILLY teams have worked on the implementation of the CarePath system and completed a number of data migrations to make sure that keyworkers are able to easily record their work with clients and Turning Point are able to effectively evidence outcomes.
“ILLY performed a technically textbook migration, building on the experience we have gained from working together on these complex projects over the last 8 years. The local staff are very happy to be able to access their previous work in the CarePath system and thanks to this we can get on with the work of providing an excellent service to our new clients.”
